Guangrong Qin is a computational biologist focused on using mathematical models to understand biological questions. Her research interests include integrating multiple omics data from either the bulk- or single-cell level to understand cancer, and using machine learning methods to predict drug response or targets by leveraging the large datasets from the public domain. She is also interested in developing computational tools and algorithms to translate big data into knowledge.
